Job Title: Project Manager – Salesforce CRM

We are looking for a Project Manager for Salesforce CRM to lead and coordinate multiple Salesforce initiatives. This role will manage two Salesforce development teams, work directly with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Experience as a Business Analyst is a strong plus, especially in gathering requirements and translating business needs into clear technical deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM projects
  • Lead and coordinate two Salesforce development teams
  • Plan and manage project scope, timelines, priorities, and risks
  • Run project meetings, sprint planning, and status updates
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, developers, and consultants
  • Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-launch activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on Salesforce CRM projects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations)
  • Experience managing multiple development teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Background or experience as a Business Analyst
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, PM, or Consultant)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
