Assistant Project Manager


JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager / Studio Assistant to support the Principal in the day-to-day management of projects and studio operations. Working closely with the Principal, this person will help oversee the operational flow of multiple high-end residential projects—from client onboarding through procurement, vendor coordination, and installation. Key responsibilities include assisting with client presentation materials; coordinating with vendors, artisans, and workrooms to obtain quotes, place and track orders, and manage delivery logistics; and maintaining detailed project spreadsheets, budgets, and timelines. The role also involves site visit support, sample coordination, and assistance with photoshoots. This position is integral to maintaining structure, communication, and efficiency across all phases of design. It is well-suited to someone with a strong operational mindset who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years of experience in an interior design studio or related creative office.

Fully competent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
