About the Role

Ademato Jewelry is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our New York office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for luxury timepieces, and enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to business growth.

The Sales Specialist will focus on selling watches and related products, managing both inbound and outbound sales activities, nurturing customer relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

-Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
-Present and promote Ademato Jewelry’s watch collections and related products effectively
-Educate customers on watch features, craftsmanship, pricing, and brand value
-Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
-Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction
-Stay informed about watch trends, new releases, pricing, and industry developments

Qualifications

-Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (luxury retail or watches is a plus)
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-Goal-oriented with a strong drive to close deals
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficient in CRM systems and basic office software (Excel, email, etc.)
-Must be able to work onsite in New York, NY
