PART-TIME OPTOMETRIST - NEW COSTCO LOCATION - St. George, UT

St. George, UT  |  Sundays + 1 Weekday  |  Guaranteed Pay + Big Upside

We’re opening a brand-new optometry office inside Costco in St. George and we’re looking for an optometrist who wants two consistent shifts per week in a busy, high-visibility location.

Schedule (2 days/week):

  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • One weekday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation:

You earn the higher of:

  • $600 guarantee for the weekday shift
  • $400 guarantee for the Sunday shift
    OR
  • 50% of gross receipts (whichever is higher)

  • Digital phoropter
  • Optomap
  • EHR

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive eye exams and contact lens services
  • Deliver a friendly, professional patient experience
  • Help build a strong patient base as the new location ramps up

What We’re Looking For

  • OD degree + Utah license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong chairside manner and efficient exam flow
  • Comfortable working in a retail/Costco environment
  • Reliable availability for Sundays + one consistent weekday
