About the Role

Sleek Fit Jewelry is looking for a Social Media & UGC Marketing Intern to help create and scale content across Instagram and TikTok.

This is a hands-on internship focused on content creation, UGC sourcing, and ad creative support. You’ll work closely with the founder on building ad content, sourcing creators, sending PR packages, and growing our TikTok presence.

This role is ideal for someone interested in fitness, gym culture, and social media marketing, who wants real-world experience working directly with an e-commerce brand.

Responsibilities

Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram

Help run and grow Sleek’s TikTok account

Source and coordinate UGC creators

Assist with sending PR packages to creators

Collect, organize, and manage UGC content

Support ad creative development using UGC

Research trends, sounds, and content styles

Assist with campaign launches and promotions

Attend in-person meetings in Miami once every two weeks

What We’re Looking For

Interest in fitness, gym, or health-related content

Comfortable creating or directing short-form video

Active on TikTok and Instagram

Strong understanding of social media trends

Organized, proactive, and self-motivated

Interest in e-commerce, influencer marketing, or digital growth

Experience with CapCut, Canva, TikTok editing tools, or UGC creation is a plus but not required.

Compensation

This is an unpaid internship, with the opportunity to earn commission on sales generated from UGC content you create or source that is used in marketing campaigns.
