Seller Representative

Role Overview 

As a Seller Representative, your focus will be sourcing and onboarding motivated property sellers. You’ll reach out, build relationships, and help sellers complete contracts so deals can close quickly.

This is a production-focused role: you’ll earn a commission share every time you close a deal.

Requirements

  • Source and contact motivated sellers.
  • Explain the process and secure signed contracts.
  • Collaborate with buyer and hybrid reps to keep deals moving.
  • Work independently using cold calling, email, and text outreach (training provided).
  • Meet or exceed a quota

Qualifications

  • No prior real estate license required.
  • Sales, customer service, or recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work remotely.
