As a Client Specialist, you are the front line of that promise.

This is not a passive front-desk role. This is a high-energy sales and relationship-building position for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on goals, and wants to grow with a fast-moving fitness brand.

💥 What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

Drive Sales & Membership Growth

Engage leads, walk-ins, parents, and athletes with confidence and enthusiasm

Present D1 Training programs and convert prospects into members

Hit (and beat) weekly and monthly sales goals

Lead Generation & Outreach

Generate new leads through calls, texts, community events, and partnerships

Represent D1 Training at local events, schools, and athletic communities

Help grow D1’s footprint in the Corona area

Build Real Relationships

Learn clients’ goals and guide them to the right programs

Be the go-to connection between athletes, parents, and coaches

Support retention by creating an exceptional onboarding experience

Work With a Winning Team

Collaborate with coaches and leadership to drive results

Assist with promotions, campaigns, and special events

Track performance and contribute ideas to improve sales systems

🧠 Experience & Qualifications

2+ years in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (fitness sales a plus)

Comfortable talking to parents, athletes, and adults

Organized, motivated, and goal-oriented

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

💰 Compensation & Upside

Hourly: $20–$25/hour

Commission on individual & team program sales
