Customer Service Intern

Paid Customer Service & Monitoring Intern (Camera Systems Technology)

Position Summary

We are hiring a paid college intern to support our customer service, system monitoring, and digital marketing efforts. This role provides hands-on experience assisting clients with camera system software, answering support calls, monitoring alerts, and helping route emergency situations to law enforcement.

Ideal for students interested in technology, business operations, security systems, or marketing who want real-world startup experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and provide friendly, professional support
  • Help clients set up and troubleshoot camera system software
  • Monitor alerts and assist with directing emergency calls per protocol
  • Document customer interactions and incidents
  • Support social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates
  • Assist with general administrative and team projects

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled college student (business, IT, marketing, communications, or related field preferred)
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Calm under pressure and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and professional

Schedule & Pay

  • $15 per hour 
  • Part-time: 15–25 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling around classes
  • Some evening/weekend shifts may be required
