Responsibilities
- Meeting each child’s basic needs
- Provide aid to the teacher
- Interact daily with children

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organization skills
- Flexibility in classroom settings
- Patient and engaging personality
- Dependable, responsible, punctual, and respectful.
- Passion for teaching young children
Education and licensing requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completed courses:
- Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care
- Introduction to the Child Care Profession
- Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher
- Or a degree in the Early Childhood field
- Working on site while getting the required courses if needed
- Background Checks (upon hiring)
- CPR and First Aid Training
- Child Abuse and Neglect Training
- Abusive Head Trauma Training
