About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representatives to assist members with Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services. As a trusted partner to state and local government agencies—including Medicaid programs, transit authorities, school boards—as well as managed care organizations and hospitals, we deliver reliable, high-quality service to the communities we support.
This is a remote, work-from-home position focused on inbound calls only.
What You’ll Do
You will assist members by providing support with: Transportation to and from medical appointments Ensuring members waiting for rides receive timely transportation Resolving issues related to previous appointments Transportation recovery when a scheduled trip has failed Answering benefits eligibility questions
Important Note: Some calls may involve members experiencing distress, impatience, fear, or anxiety. While these situations can be challenging, they also provide an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by offering calm, compassionate assistance.
Additional Responsibilities Navigate multiple client systems using function keys to accurately process transportation requests Collaborate with internal departments to resolve transportation and eligibility issues efficiently
Work-From-Home Requirements This is a fully remote position. You must provide your own equipment, including:
Computer with the latest version of Windows Reliable high-speed internet connection Professional headset with microphone Training & Schedule Requirements Mandatory paid training provided prior to assisting members Agents must service a minimum of 15 hours per week during times posted in Starmatic and outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) Monday Requirement: For this program, 8 service intervals must be completed on Mondays
Requirements
Ability to pass a background check Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled service intervals Strong communication skills and the ability to remain professional and empathetic on every call No Interview Process Required
