About the Job

At Windsor Mountain Summer Camp, our counselors serve as role models and counselors for campers, providing social and emotional support for them away from home. Counselors also lead activities and plan classes to teach, helping campers build skills and have fun.

We seek to hire kind, caring and fun people who want to work with children. A qualified applicant should have a relevant skill to share with campers in an activity area, such as swimming, sports, arts and crafts, music, cooking, performing arts, videography, ropes course, farming and gardening, and wilderness trip leading.

We can make this opportunity into a paid internship for you if you’d like, just reach out and ask us how!
