Satisfaction Interviewer (Remote Work)
SAVANT is growing quickly and is seeking highly accountable, empathetic, and friendly individuals who can type at least 60 WPM while talking on the phone.
This is a 100% remote-work position.
We pay $12.50/hour + awards and incentives, and you can even build your own schedule to make sure it works with other priorities.
Our phone Interviewers play the most important role for both our company and our clients. Our Interview team has phone-based conversations with families, residents, and staff of senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities to assess their experience and satisfaction in working with their care provider. As such, our Interviewers must have a friendly, professional disposition and enjoy interacting with people on the phone.
These are not cold calls or sales calls. You’re interviewing them to learn about their experience and how their care provider can improve - they’re expecting your call.
Each Interviewer will be provided with training and is responsible for accurately recording responses to the Interview questions in our web application.
Our office is in Atlanta, but our Interviewers work from home. You will need to provide your own computer and candidates must have a quiet work environment with a high-speed secure internet connection that is not shared. Interviewers work within the following times:
9:00 AM - 7:30 PM EST Monday - Friday
11:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Saturday
We require a minimum of 10 hours per week and a minimum of 2 hours per work session.
Must be a citizen of the United States and have a valid ID.
