Solstice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our Solstice Academy Program. This role supports students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative, multidisciplinary educational and clinical environment.

What You’ll Do

Teach and support students with diverse learning needs

Implement individualized, IEP-based instruction

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Create a structured, supportive learning environment

Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Special Education

Connecticut certification (or eligibility)

Autism experience preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills
