Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting furniture, managing sales from start to finish, and maintaining a welcoming showroom environment.
This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in sales, marketing, interior design, business, or retail management.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Understand customer needs (style, budget, timeline)
Present furniture collections confidently
Create quotes, process orders, and close sales
Follow up with customers via phone/email/text
Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
Work collaboratively with the sales and management team
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service or retail experience (preferred, not required)
Interest in sales, design, or business
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable learning POS systems and product information
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
