What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach activities to connect with and identify potential students (tabling event, canvassing)
- Attend fairs, community events, and other enrollment-related activities
- Schedule and host school tours to showcase academic offerings and student life
- Provide accurate information about academic programs, admission requirements, and enrollment processes
- Collaborate with the Enrollment Team to ensure a timely and efficient application process
- Follow up on student leads via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Demonstrate knowledge of diverse communities and willingness to explore outreach opportunities within Colorado Springs.
- Support the Enrollment Team during application nights and related events
- Other duties as assigned, the main ones being translating, collaborating in all school events, etc.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly/Non-Exempt
- $20.00 per hour
- Seasonal; March - September
- Part-time; Afternoon/Evenings and weekends; 10-12 hours per week
- Includes at least 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day per month
- Approximate Times: Weekdays 2:00 - 6:00 PM and Weekends 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (subject to change based on events and recruiting needs)

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Availability to work one weekend a month, three days during the work week.
- Reliable transportation or access to alternative transit options

- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Experience working in K-12 or higher education recruitment is a plus

Essential Functions
- Ability to set up and transport event materials (up to 25 pounds), with reasonable accommodations if needed
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during outreach events
