Pay Range: $150,000 – $160,000 per year (Base + Uncapped Incentives)

Job Overview
We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Account Manager who excels at building long‑term client relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, self‑motivated sales professional who enjoys owning their book of business and managing the full sales cycle.
You will work with both new prospects and existing clients, delivering customized solutions that create lasting value. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams while maintaining the independence to manage your accounts and schedule effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and proposal presentations
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales strategies
- Manage pipeline activity using CRM and sales enablement tools
- Deliver insights and recommendations to support client success and retention
- Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client‑facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience using CRM systems, sales tools, and AI‑enabled platforms
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Experience
- Prior sales experience in the Audio‑Visual (AV) industry
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or hospitality industries
- Knowledge of AV/IT integration or automation systems
- Familiarity with:
- Video conferencing and collaboration tools
- Secure wired and wireless networks
- IP surveillance and acoustic solutions
- Digital phone systems
- Proposal tools such as D‑Tools
