As an AT&T Sales Representative, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations–providing customer service and sales support to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes from start to finish. You’ll manage customer inquiries, support our sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through the sales process. AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and accurate information according to their needs and guiding them throughout the sales process
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure smooth sales transactions
- Achieve and exceed sales goals set forAT&T Sales Representatives and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve group goals
- Attend sales meetings, client calls, and work closely with Senior Management to ensure proper procedures, growth, and up-to-date knowledge
- Ensuring utmost customer satisfaction throughout the sales process through follow-ups
AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experiences in sales support, customer service, or retail are an asset, but not mandatory
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with customers
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a high-performing sales team's success

AT&T Sales Representative Overview:
This position is a full time employment position located in Sacramento, CA. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.
- Pay: 100% commission - $70-$200 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
