Experienced Barista (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused, experienced barista to join our welcoming and fast-paced team at Flowers on the Park Cafe. In this role, you will craft high-quality beverages, deliver outstanding service, and create a warm, memorable experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard using professional barista equipment

-Create visually appealing drinks, including latte art

-Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner

-Engage with customers, answer questions, and confidently explain menu items and pricing

-Offer thoughtful recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary needs

-Accurately take and remember customer orders

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

-Arrive on time and contribute positively to team operations

Requirements

-Minimum of 2 years experience as a barista (required)

-Valid Food Protection Certification (required)

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Reliability and punctuality
