Company: NESS Behavior Consulting, Inc is a distinguished behavioral health service provider specializing in applied behavior analysis (ABA). We are actively seeking dedicated, Board Certified Behavior Analysts/Licensed Behavioral Analysts to join our team in planning, developing, and monitoring behavioral support options for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other behavioral, social, and communication challenges.

Service Settings: Our services are delivered in home-based settings and through Telehealth when necessary.

Responsibilities: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) with NESS Behavior Consulting, Inc, your role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting assessments, including the VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).

- Preparing reports based on assessments, including treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.

- Reviewing and approving behavior plans/treatment plans for all field staff.

- Providing guidance during family discussions regarding assessment results, next steps, and recommendations.

- Educating family members and caregivers on various intervention strategies to encourage active involvement and successful implementation.

- Safeguarding the confidentiality of information related to children and families, following HIPAA and state/federal regulations, and submitting records to the agency within established deadlines.

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualities:

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

- The ability to collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

- Proficiency in computer use, including daily email communication and utilization of billing platforms.

**Additional Requirements:** To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

- A Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.

- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience.

- Demonstration of excellent clinical competence and judgment.

- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.

- Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.

- Preferred, but not required: Department of Health (DOH) Letter of Approval.

- Liability Insurance is a requirement.

- Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in Spanish, Russian, Polish, Chinese, Urdu, Bengali, and Hindi.
