What You Will Do
Intelisearch is looking for an ambitious Research & Marketing Intern who will directly contribute to the execution of current search work, position us to be more efficient and effective in executing future search work through research and database mapping, and help evolve our marketing capabilities. This is a unique opportunity for a bright and analytical individual who, alongside a highly collaborative and engaging team, will be responsible for high ROI entrepreneurial and creative-based work from day one. The Executive Search industry also provides unique insights into corporate structures, functional building blocks, and what employers value when hiring talent. The Research & Marketing Intern will be based in Stamford, CT (can consider flex options) with a start date in late May/early June.
Responsibilities
- Drive critical research initiatives to help execute our retained searches
- Experiment with AI and innovative tools to help the team work faster
- Support the optimization of our database to ensure depth, accuracy and accessibility
- Assist with the analysis of KPI’s and compensation intelligence
- Assist in preparing, editing, and proofreading a variety of documents for both internal and external audiences
- Provide both ad-hoc and project-based support for business development activities
- Support marketing communications, including the firm’s website and social media
Who You Are
- College student pursuing undergraduate business degree (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics), with 1-2 years of prior internship or professional experience
- Ability to navigate, mine, and analyze data, including from our database and LinkedIn
- Strong web-based research skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional technology skills, including strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively manage and execute multiple projects concurrently
- Detail-oriented and collaborative team player with a commitment to quality
- Entrepreneurial spirit with intellectual curiosity and flexibility
