Moleculus is a specialty bulk cleaning supply company serving commercial and industrial clients across multiple industries. Our clean product line includes professional-grade concentrated degreasers, disinfectants, floor care solutions, hand care products, drain and grease trap treatments, automotive chemicals, pest and weed control, and specialty cleaning concentrates — products that businesses need to operate every single day.
We are expanding our independent sales team and looking for the right people. Not everyone who applies will be selected.
The Opportunity
This is a straight commission sales role with one of the most attractive payout structures in the industry — 30% commission on every sale you make. More importantly, every account you open reorders automatically. That means your income doesn't reset to zero each month. It compounds. Additionally, as you grow your sales, your commission percentage grows (to 50%, which essentially makes you a co-owner of my company).
Close 10 accounts. Get paid on their reorders every month. Close 50 accounts. Now you have a business that pays you whether you work that day or not.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and opening new commercial accounts (restaurants, hotels, auto shops, fire departments, janitorial companies, property management firms, schools, gyms, and more), through the help of our lead generation tools
- Presenting and selling specialty chemical products to business owners and facilities managers
- Building and maintaining a book of business that generates ongoing residual income
- Managing your own schedule, territory, and activity
Compensation
- 30% commission on all sales
- Residual commissions on every repeat order from your accounts — paid automatically
- No cap on earnings
- No salary, no hourly rate — this is performance-based income
Requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent in the face of it
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation and a phone
- Sales experience is a plus but not required — we train the right people
