Shop Associate

The Shop Associate supports the daily operations of Charleston Florist while learning the fundamentals of floral design. Responsibilities include processing and caring for flowers, keeping the shop clean and organized, preparing supplies, assisting customers and designers, and helping with pickups, deliveries, and other shop tasks. As reliability, initiative, and skill are demonstrated, the role will include increasing opportunities to learn floral design, practice basic arrangements, and eventually complete customer orders under guidance. Growth into design is based on demonstrated quality, consistency, efficiency, and willingness to learn.
