Customer Service Representative - Work from Home

Who Are We Looking For?
This is a work from home position – you must have high speed internet and a personal computer (no MAC or Chromebooks please) that meet basic system requirements, access to a webcam, and a headset

We need to fill both full and part time positions and seasonal/college students are encouraged to apply

Great Falls Marketing is looking for passionate customer service associates who can live and breathe our core values.

We’ll also need you to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone, online chat, or email.
Customers will rely on you to answer their questions, address their concerns, and help them with a particular product or service.
