
HVAC Equipment Sales Engineer (Co-op)
Position description: HTS Engineering is seeking young, energetic, engineering students looking for a co-op role in a sales environment for the Peabody, MA office covering New England. The ideal individual will be capable of performing duties effectively under supervision until trained in each task. Candidates do not require HVAC or sales experience, however the ability to learn quickly and work well with senior salespeople will be necessary for success in the role. HTS ultimately aspires to identify successful co-op students to return in the future to become a part of the HTS outside sales team.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Comfort with computers and ability to learn various software packages
- Driver’s license and automobile
- Engineering undergraduate student status

- Ability to deliver assigned work in an organized fashion
- Ability to communicate effectively when acquiring and delivering assignments
- Ability to properly manage time with multiple assignments provided at once

Responsibilities:
- Support senior salespeople with equipment selection, equipment pricing, and post-sale documentation
- Undergo consistent training of products
- Maintain healthy relationships with senior salespeople
Compensation:
- Guarantee of 40hrs of work at agreed hourly rate
