Service Rep, Client Customer Support

 Responsibilities will include being on the phone 85%-90% of the day answering customer inquiries. Must be comfortable on the phone with customer service experience able to multitask good and comfortable using technologies and systems previously.

 4 weeks of training will be provided Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Once training is complete hours will be two days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays) for a total of 18 hours per week.
