Assistant Director for Recruitment Technology
Business Systems Intelligence
The Assistant Director for Recruitment technology is a business analyst that supports Undergraduate Admissions with the CRM system. This is a key interface between Undergraduate Admissions, University Communications, and the IT office. This individual works to identify, prioritize, and leads efforts to implement recruitment strategies within the Salesforce CRM system.
This person is responsible for leading efforts to build, monitor and maintain recruitment campaigns (print, email and text) provide systems support for end-user’s business processes developed within the Salesforce software. Performs work that affects business operations to a substantial degree. The Assistant Director of Recruitment Technology is responsible for performing analysis, testing and business intelligence reporting from the Salesforce system. This also includes ensuring a high level of data quality in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
·        The ideal applicant will have excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem solving skills. They will also have strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Salary Information: $55,000-$70,000/year
