·      Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting each customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service.

·      Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.

·      Accurately and effectively use POS systems and registers to enter guest orders in person or via phone.

·      Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, loyalty program, or automatic debits with accuracy and speed.

·      Maintain orderly appearance and sanitization of register areas and dining room.

·      Run completed orders from the kitchen to the guest.

·      Calculate total payments in a given time period and reconcile with total sales.
