IT help desk (part-time)
Summary and Responsibilities
Part time IT help desk support. Responsibilities include things like (a) buying and setting up new laptops by installing linux operating systems, vpn, and software, (b) working with vendors to replace server components, and (c) updating the company website and social media accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role;
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered;
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field - or enrolled in an educational program to receive this degree;
