Human Resources Manager I

Department of Health and Social Services is looking to fill the position of Human Resources Manager I. This position administers the ACT (Absence Compliance Tracker) Group including the Disability Insurance Programs, Worker’s Compensation, Donated Leave, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Emergency Leave, and Annual Leave Carryover Requests. This position works closely with Payroll to ensure that employees are paid correctly. This position supervises six Human Resources Specialists and one Administrative Specialist.
