Valencia College is seeking Box Office Manager for our East Campus to join our dedicated team. Join an organization committed to helping our students reach their full potential by providing them with the right opportunities, the right tools and the right support.
The Box Office Manager will coordinate all box office functions, including ticket sales in person, online and by phone. As well as maintain recordkeeping for ticket sales and concession transactions, reconciles cash register, change funds and makes revenue deposits.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) [required]
- Experience with customer service [required]
- Experience with accounting and record keeping software. [preferred]
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 12pm-5pm. Weekends and evenings as needed for performances.
