Assessment Specialist - Poinciana Campus

Valencia College is seeking an Assessment Specialist for our Poinciana Campus. This position will be responsible for providing a broad range of support activities including delivery coordination, program coordination, fiscal and related administrative tasks in support of a department program(s).

The Assessment Specialist will have a knowledge of computers and assessment programs (i.e. PERT, CLEP, TEAS, and CJBAT). In addition to the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively. 

The ideal candidate will have:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or Relevant work experience may be substitutable [required]
  • Experience with test administration, computer scanning, scoring, and supervision [preferred]
  • Progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience [preferred]

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Up to 25 hours based on business needs.
