Valencia College is seeking Learning Assistant II – Math and Science our Downtown Campus to join our dedicated team. Join an organization committed to helping our students reach their full potential by providing them with the right opportunities, the right tools and the right support.
The Learning Assistant will have the ability to tutor individuals or small groups of students in advanced coursework. As well as the ability to use appropriate learning techniques/strategies to achieve specific learning outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) [required]
- Must have evidence of successful completion of college level academic work. [required]
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 am – 9 pm. Up to 25 hours based on business needs.
