POS Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Traveling to different states to provide professional training to the merchants face to face.
Working closely with other departments, providing technical support when they need, and finding opportunities to cross sell.
Skills of repair computer hardware and software.
Able to operate different system like Window, Mac OS, Linux (Ubuntu, Red hat, Arch, Cent OS)
contacting potential customers via telephone, email, and other electrical devices.
Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.
Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Confident talking to a diverse group of people
Capable to work independently and multitasking
Must be enthusiastic and energetic
Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin
*Experienced in POS Tech Support
