Manchester ET&S Reception Desk and Classroom Support
On-campus only position
Federal Work-Study is a plus but not required
Greet faculty, staff, and students.
Answer and respond to calls to Classroom AV Hotline.
Enter online support tickets for Desktop Support and other ET&S teams.
Assist with Level-1 Service Desk questions when possible (we provide instructions/steps)
Classroom Technology support for in-person classes (Projectors, Zoom, etc.)
Checking equipment in and out for Faculty and Staff.
Additional office support tasks as assigned.
**We will provide training for technology-related tasks. Experience is NOT required.
