Seacoast has recently restructured the salary for this position and is offering a very competitive wage. Employees hired for ACT positions will receive a 5% differential

Key Responsibilities

The Adult Services Department of SMHC is looking for an energetic, dedicated, experienced individual to join our ACT treatment team. This position requires coordinating services and providing direct support, advocacy and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness. The ideal applicant must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or the equivalent and preferably have one year of experience working in the field. Ability to work in a team setting and experience with crisis intervention, co-occurring diagnoses and state systems, a plus.

Other Requirements
  • Must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • The Therapist must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to demonstrate a "clean" driving record.
