Role: Industrial Engineer

Duration – 12+ months
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities in the areas of safety, quality, and cost improvement, then deliver improved business results by driving problem solving and standardized work improvements with appropriate cross-functional teams
Ensure new models/parts efficiently integrate into operations; Collaborate with product design to provide insight into how to minimize labor requirements and determine assembly sequence
Perform ergonomic studies and lean activities to determine the safety and cost reduction opportunities
Lead cost studies to determine best product flow in the plant and product features for Bottom
Freezer Refrigerator model lines.
Provide ways/methods to eliminate all types of waste in the production process
Own all line balances and labor utilization for operational areas assigned
Drive continuous improvement through detailed analytics
