About:
- Part-time position reporting directly to the Executive Director (ED) of NTAN. Operations Coordinator has responsibility in managing startup companies as they apply for funding and to support onboarding and communication with NTAN members/investors. Manage the deal flow, and support NTAN members using Angel specific software platform. Organize pre and post logistics and be present at NTAN pitch and other meetings (otherwise remote).
Responsibilities
- Pitch Meetings - Support ED to plan monthly pitch meetings
- Facilitator: Screening Process - Providing transparent updates, communication, next steps, and/or feedback if the application was screened out
- Facilitator: Deal Flow - In conjunction with ED provide initial evaluation of incoming startup companies
- Represent NTAN within The DEC Network - Seek new ways to maximize the partnership
- Marketing - Support, provide and create resources for Marketing team. Implement, analyze quarterly entrepreneur feedback surveys
- Interns - In conjunction with ED, help select interns once vetted through the DEC Network
- Support and coordinate activities with the ED - Proactively seek losses of efficiency and/or pain points in processes, then correct
- Operations - Coordinate with founders leading up to Pitch meeting and Onboard new members & sponsors
Must Have/Qualifications
- Self-Driven (can’t wait around to be told of a problem, be proactive)
- Time Management (effective prioritization of many tasks in alignment with ED)
- Problem Solver (tech problems coming up at meetings, wrenches thrown in processes, etc.)
- Currently a college senior or recent college graduate
