Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience utilizing business systems, processes, and procedures.

Substitutions: Seven years of specialized experience; Associate degree and five years of experience. J.D. or master’s degree may substitute for one year of specialized experience; Ph.D. may substitute for two years of specialized experience.
