This internship in is full-time (40 hours/week) and will ideally start in May or June 2024 and last for the duration of 3 months.
What you’ll learn and do:
As an intern working on the HW Analytics & Test team, you will develop a framework for DFT/ATPG Products using LLM models and define opportunities for improving the end-to-end Test flow turn-around time and Quality of results. The project involves learning LLM models and develop genAI models and find opportunities to improve TestMAX products. You will focus on improving customer productivity and Quality of Results.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of LLM models and AI/ML
- C/C++ and scripting languages
- DFT and ATPG knowledge
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Verilog language
- Pursuing MS in Computer Science and Computer Engineering.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $24.00 to $48.05 per hour. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
