Join our Sales Transformation Program Team!

The Sales Transformation Program Team enables the Akamai Sales organization to achieve its go-to-market objectives by driving and supporting strategy definition, planning processes, program management, operational planning, and technical transformation programs.

As a participant in our programs, you will gain valuable experience and contribute meaningful project work. You will have the opportunity to join us for trainings, networking events, and engagements with company leadership. Our 12-week intern program starts in May, and our 6-month co-op program starts in January or July.

Partner with the best

The Sales Transformation Program team collaborates on strategic and operational projects to improve our Sales processes. You'll support our cross-functional team by assisting with program management, outside research, data analysis, and process improvements.

As an Intern - Sales Programs, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating on the development, execution and maintenance of project documentation (executive summaries, reports, project plans, scope log, etc.)
• Providing work direction for assigned projects, including assignment of work and follow up on the status of requests and tasks.
• Making sure cross-functional project teams are supported to achieve their tasks efficiently and effectively (i.e. removing roadblocks, etc.)
• Supporting Sales Program management with the creation of presentations for various management and team meetings
• Assisting with analysis of existing processes and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency

• Be pursuing a Bachelor's and with a scheduled graduation date of December 2025 or later
• Demonstrate interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse corporate and client environment
• Be a self-starter with a curious mindset
• Be a problem solver with the ability to quickly identify issues and propose solutions

Work in a way that works for you

Our 6-month interm program starts in July. The program requires you to be available 40 hours per week during summer months (July-September). We offer the opportunity to work part-time during the academic year (October-December).
