Mechanical Engineer Intern, Summer 2024
Reporting primarily to our Bristol, NH plant.
We are looking for 3 Mechanical Engineer Interns to support 3 departments within our Bristol, NH facility. Each department is unique and offers equally exciting and interesting projects. Specific responsibilities will vary per department.
Responsibilities
- Gain an understanding of the sealing technologies and manufacturing practices
- Cultivate and implement enhancements for current operations
- Handle non-conforming material from our internal customers
- Engage with the engineering team to identify needs and troubleshoot
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Software Programs including, but not limited to: Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Planner, Outlook, & Teams
- Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done
- Technology: Experience with additional computer software and tracking programs a plus.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate clearly and concisely while engaging proactively with associates and colleagues at all levels within the organization.
- Knowledge: General knowledge of safety and systems thinking
