Salary Range: $5,856 - $9,079

 

The role:  

 

We are recruiting for an access management program coordinator! As part of the headquarters team, you will work to maintain consistency across the access management discipline agencywide recognizing that we are “One ODOT!” You will lead the efforts in developing, implementing and/or reviewing technical guidelines, manuals, data analyses, research and administrative rules. You will also continue to implement and maintain the Access Management Enterprise System (AMES), which is used across our agency. Apply today!

Minimum qualifications:

Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.

OR

A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, political science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.

 

Special qualifications:

Driving is an essential function of this position. You must have a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record. We will conduct pre-employment driving records checks on our final candidate(s). Your license does not have to be issued in Oregon to be considered.

  • Experience in developing technical guidance, manuals, best practices and websites to support implementation of an effective access management program.
  • Experience in software development, implementation and business system administration.
  • Experience managing a program budget.
  • Experience developing contract scope of work and coordinating the work of consultants.
  • Ability to develop, review, modify and train on federal, state and agency standards regarding access management.
