We are looking for dedicated and licensed LPN's and RN's who want to help provide care for our medically fragile children in their homes, as well as provide a positive, and encouraging atmosphere. Part time, full time, and PRN positions are available in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas on all shifts.

What you will do:

  • Provide daily basic cares
  • Administer medications
  • Trach care/suctioning
  • G-tube feeds
  • O2 administration
  • Documentation
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you need:

  • A valid LPN or RN license
  • Current CPR
  • Pediatric experience is helpful but not necessary (We can train you)
