Responsibilities
- Perform landscape tasks such as laying mulch, pine straw, and sod, and installing trees and shrubs
- Operate vehicles, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inspections of outdoor areas prior to work to identify and address any issues or hazards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Communicate with co-workers and clients, both verbally and via provided software.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the landscape field is greatly preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, digging, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid SC driver's license with a clean driving record (less than 3 accidents in the past 3 years, less than 3 minor violations in the past 3 years, no major violations within the past 5 years.
- Ability to pass SLED background check.

Schedule
- Monday - Thursday (Fridays required if rained out or closed for holidays)
- Four 10 hour shifts
- Year Round Work
Wages
- $37,440.00- $41,600 annually
- Opportunities to earn quarterly incentive pay
