Business Insurance Producer

We are looking to add new talent to our sales team. Candidates need to have an inclination for sales. Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required. Starting salary $45,000-$65,000 depending on experience.
This is not a remote position. New hires will be expected to commute to the office up to 4 days a week. Once fully trained Producers may work remotely up to three days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant industry certifications and licenses (if applicable) will be an advantage.
