HBCU IN MLB & MiLB Experienceship
Program Overview
The Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program’s HBCU IN MLB & HBCU IN MiLB Experienceship provides candidates from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the world of Major League Baseball (MLB) and Minor League Baseball (MiLB).
This one-week program, a collaboration between EICOP, MLB & MiLB, aims to introduce candidates to the business and operations side of MLB & MiLB Clubs, offering real-world exposure to different aspects of the sport and its industry.
The experienceship is open to rising sophomore undergraduate candidates (i.e., those currently in their freshman year and entering their sophomore year in Fall 2025).
Role Overview
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Major League Baseball and Minor League Baseball, develop critical career skills, and engage in mentorship opportunities with industry professionals.
Required Education
Enrolled in an undergraduate program and entering Sophomore year in the academic year following the internship. This mean you must have completed between 30 – 59 college credit hours.
