About the Role:
CMS is seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team this summer as Event Support Specialists. In this role, you’ll work behind the scenes at live concerts, festivals, and sporting events—helping ensure that each event runs smoothly while developing valuable skills in event management, customer service, and teamwork.

Salary & Perks:

• Pay:  Starting at $16.25 hr. (Oregon Min Wage change is July 1st)

Qualifications:

• Eligibility: Must be a college student or recent graduate with a passion for live events.
• Skills: Excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks as needed.
• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country.

Location & Work Environment:

• On-Site & Field Work: This position is based in Portland OR, at the Edgefield Venue. While we also have openings at other venues across WA and OR.
