AI and Machine Learning Engineer Internship

 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER

New PropTech startup company looking for Data Scientists with experience and skills related to artificial intelligence and machine learning.  The company is seeking new and innovative ways to visualize the world’s property markets and provide guidance and analytical abilities related to predicting movements in the world's real estate markets.

Your day-to-day:

  • Working with business analysts and engineers to understand the requirements
  • Machine Learning model building, training, validation and tuning
  • Explore & Visualize the data to gain better insights and identifying differences in data distribution to address the model performance challenges
  • Researching, evaluating and exploring various AL and ML algorithms
  • Use machine learning, data mining, predictive modelling & statistical techniques to create new scalable models for business requirements
  • Research and implement data mining machine learning algorithms in supervised and unsupervised learning areas
  • Validating model inputs/ outputs & accuracy
  • Integrate appropriate models into a commercial Production system, and support its operation, once live

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above, in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM degree)
  • Excellent software engineering skills, particularly in large-scale applications, including API definitions, multi-threading, database connectivity, and object-orientation development. 
  • Experience with Machine Learning algorithms
  • Experience dealing with both structured & unstructured datasets and drawing the insights from the data
  • Good understanding of the statistical methods – sampling, modelling
  • Working experience with some or all languages of Python, Java, C++ & their respective AI\ML libraries 
  • Experience with text analytics & NLP libraries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with an international team
  • Strong background in statistical concepts and calculations

 

  • The expected pay rate ranges from $1,000 to $2,000, depending on experience.
  • We accept interns for a minimum duration of 2 months, with a preference for commitments of 3 to 4 months.
