Interested in learning to manage a Metal Recycling Facility? M. Lipsitz & Co. Ltd. is looking for qualified candidates with a degree in Business, Management or related field to join our team.

Qualified candidates will train in Waco, Texas for approximately 18 months and then relocate to one of our locations in Texas or Oklahoma. Management Trainees gain knowledge and skills in areas such as, day to day operations, safety, customer service, pricing, inventory control, personnel management, marketing, competitive strategies, and other duties. Salary is commensurate with skills and experience

Candidates need to have a demonstrated mechanical aptitude and flexibility to work in all areas of the operation.
