Analytics Data Specialist Intern

Will be responsible for extracting, organizing, and preparing production data for ERP integration, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. This will be a part-time position. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and validate production data from existing databases and spreadsheets
• Clean and format data for compatibility with the new ERP system
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify relevant data sources and ensure data completeness
• Conduct data audits to detect inconsistencies and anomalies
• Assist in developing data documentation and standard operating procedures
• Support cross-functional teams in testing and verifying data post-ERP implementation
• Generate ad-hoc reports and summaries using Excel and other data tools as needed
• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity in accordance with company policies
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the new ERP system, contributing to data structure planning and process workflows. 

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with data structures and basic database concepts (experience with SQL or Access is a plus)
• Experience working with or exposure to ERP systems (preferred, but not required)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
